The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 50                                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to the Interstate Compact for the Placement of                                                             
    Children; establishing an interstate commission for the placement                                                           
    of children; amending Rules 4 and 24, Alaska Rules of Civil                                                                 
    Procedure; and providing for an effective date."                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
HB 50 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                  
Finance Committee.
